We are passionate about our customers and their privacy, and undertake to respect and protect their personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable laws, the rules of the trade and other related standards. Information we collect about you
We want you to know what information we collect about you and how it is collected. We collect personal information in the following ways: 

You can, directly or indirectly, provide us with information about yourself when you use our consulting services or participate in our seminars and webinars.

Examples of information we collect for these activities: Name, company name, information about how you can be contacted, information we might need in order to host events, send invoices and other details that you might provide. We also collect payment information in connection with commercial transactions, such as payment method, billing information, account number, etc.

The purpose and basis for processing
This information is necessary for our consultation services, and your financial information (when applicable) is generally required for us to enter into an agreement.

The personal information we collect shall be used for the following purposes:

  • Registering you as a customer (when applicable);
  • Providing you with information and/or the services you request and purchase, as well as facilitating billing;
  • Processing job applications (when applicable);
  • For marketing purposes (when applicable) such as various campaigns via direct marketing. You can contact us at any time and request that we not use your data for direct marketing purposes (click on the link at the bottom of the E-mail message from us to unsubscribe, or send an E-mail to
  • Communicating with you, to a large extent with messages concerning new information or new services that we think may be of interest to you. When the law requires it, to obtain your consent before we send any campaign information. You can choose to not receive campaign messages as described above. 

Protecting your personal information is important to us. When you sign up for a newsletter from us, you can trust that we do not share your email address with any third parties or anyone outside Norscan Partners AS. You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving messages from us by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link found in any of our newsletters.

Sharing personal information
Norscan Partners AS will never disclose information about you to any third party without your consent, unless required by law or when necessary to provide you with a service you purchased from us.

Transfers to third countries
We always process your data within the European Union/EEA. If a situation should occur where the data needs to be processed outside the EU/EEA and must hence be transferred there by us or one of our suppliers or subcontractors, we promise that we will take all reasonable legal, technical and organisational measures to protect your data and make certain it is processed securely with a sufficient level of protection that is at least comparable with the level of protection offered in the EU/EEA.

We will only transfer your personal information to a country, region or a sector in a third country if the European Commission has decided that the country can provide a sufficient level of protection.

We will only store your information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. This means e.g. that we will delete the information in our databases when you are no longer using our services.
